Tulsa District 11 Judge: Jefferson D. Sellers
He is also handling the lawsuit against "OK-HB-1804" which punishes those who aid and abbet illegal immigrants, like landlords, employers. He is one of 14 District Judges for Tulsa County with 18 appointed "Special Judges" and 1 Associate District Judge.
The District Judges and Associate Judges are elected. Special Judges are hired. All elected Judges in Oklahoma run as nonpartisan.
